Rebels define history, push boundaries, create change and challenge the status quo!
Our world is full of strong women who have chosen a road less travelled, turned the tables on the status quo and chartered a new course for other women to follow. Often they don’t view themselves as rebels, but individuals that simply act on what they truly believe in and desire, despite the road to achieving that being a little rocky.
Working in a male dominated field takes courage, and our speakers share plenty of this. Rebels often fall outside mainstream opinion and reshape society and in doing so, leave themselves vulnerable and take a few hits.
Rebels define history, push boundaries, create change and challenge the status quo. Simply put, they change the world.
We’re being rebellious this month at Code Like a Girl and changing our event format. This time it’s PechaKucha style - our speakers will have 20 slides shown for 20 seconds each. Join us and be inspired by their stories as they ignite your own inner rebel to take action and create change - within all of us lies the courage to be daring and audacious.
