MEET OUR FACILITATOR
Laura is a multi-disciplinary designer who works across user experience research, design and front-end development. She fell into tech sideways, a happy accident that introduced her to programming, application design and most importantly her people - and she's never looked back. Asking questions, unpacking assumptions and trying to get to the bottom of things are some of her favourite activities - supported by the business methodologies all the cool kids are using, such as Lean, Agile and Design Thinking. She's a passionate advocate for improving diversity in technology and ensuring our workplaces are welcoming and inclusive.
